A change in venue, a new iteration for the Summit

Students watching talk

We’ve had a bit of an unexpected plot twist.

After planning for the last 6 months for a bigger Summit and Convention at The Beams, we were informed that the venue for this year’s Immersive Experience Summit, would be unavailable with immediate effect. This meant our booking had to be cancelled – and naturally, it was a big curveball in our planning process.

But we believe in turning setbacks into opportunities.

So we’re excited to announce that Summit’25 will now be returning to the incredible Woolwich Works. For those of you who joined us last year at Summit’24, you will know that this is a dynamic cultural space right on the river in South East London.

This does mean we’ve had to adjust our ticketing and content program but it’s still going to be an amazing couple of days to bring the Immersive community together.

Supporting IEN

As you can imagine, this curveball has put considerable strain on the Immersive Network Team, and we’ve still got a lot of work to do in order to update all the preparation for the event. If you wanted to support us in this work then please consider becoming a member and joining us building this amazing community.
